At The Chalkin Hen House, we believe in the joy of painting / crafting together and making friends. Join us in person or online for fun-filled paint / craft parties where you can create beautiful, beaded jewelry, wood crafts, clay items, painted decor and more with friends.

Our dream started with the children in our community. Our kids need something to help them grow and understand life can be stressful. The Kids Craft Club was our way to give back to the community. We have paint and craft items for both in person or online. Let us show your group the love of arts and crafts.

Crafting Supplies by The Chalkin Hen House
Paint Parties
At our adult paint party, you will receive a 11X14" pre-traced stretched canvas or plaster item, that you can take home and display for all your friends and family to see. We supply the paint, paint brushes, step by step paper instructions, music and fun.
At our kids paint party, you will receive a 8X10" pre-traced stretched canvas or plaster item, that you can take home and display for all your friends and family to see. We supply the paint, paint brushes, step by step paper instructions, music and fun.
Wood Workshops
Come try one of our wood projects, door hangers, welcome signs, bird houses, wall window and more. We provide the wooden pieces, glue, nails, and painting supplies to complete your project.
Beads and Jewelry
Come make a beaded item! You can choose glass, silicone, clay or plastic beads, findings, stretch cord, nylon cord, metal chain or ink pens to create a one-of-a-kind item. Start out with a keychain, bracelet, or ink pen design, then add a necklace to match.
Done For You Kits
Don't have time to come join a party or workshop, that's okay! We have paint kits, bead kits, wood kits available to purchase and take home. Just send us a message with how many you would need and we will make sure you can still have fun at home. Need these for a themed party, that's okay, just tell us your theme two weeks before your party so we have time to trace or cut out your required items.
Join Our Crafting Community
Connect with other crafters and share your passion with our crafting community. We host regular crafting events and meetups where you can meet other crafters, share ideas, and get inspired. Don't forget, we are mobile and can come to your location.
Kid Friendly Workshops
Get your kids excited about crafting. We carry a wide variety of kid-friendly materials, including paints, markers, popsicle sticks, socks, foam sheets, paper cups, beads, flowers, coloring sheets, poster board, clay, hard or stretched canvas, glue, wooden cutouts and construction paper.
Our kid-friendly workshops are a great way to introduce your child to the world of crafting where the sky is the limit.
